What volunteer tasks are of interest for you?
Advertising- distributing flyers, posting on social media, sharing with local organizaitons Vendor coordination- assisting vendors with check in, set up, tear down, and assistance as needed during the event Games/ activities- assisting to run a game or art activity for small groups at a booth during the event Set up and/ or clean up- assisting with prep and tear down of the event space before and after event hours Parasol Patrol assistance- patrolling the park perimeter for safety concerns and assisting Parasol Patrol with safety measures (signs, walkie talkies, coordination of meeting places, etc.) Sales: assisting a team member with t-shirt and swag sales and providing resources to attendees who check in Food/water/ runners- bringing food and drinks to vendors, setting up/ clean up of food stations, refilling water, making trips to store for essentials if needed Check-in: assisting with check in table for volunteers and vendors Pre-event prep: unable to attend the event but still want to help?
