Advertising – distributing flyers, posting on social media, sharing with local organizations Vendor coordination – assisting vendors with check-in, set-up, tear-down, and assistance as needed during the event Games/activities – assisting to run a game or art activity for small groups at a booth during the event Set up and/or clean up – assisting with prep and tear down of the event space before and after event hours Parasol Patrol assistance – patrolling the park perimeter for safety concerns and assisting Parasol Patrol with safety measures (signs, walkie talkies, coordination of meeting places, etc.) Sales – assisting a team member with t-shirt and swag sales and providing resources to attendees who check in Food/water/runners – bringing food and drinks to vendors, setting up/cleaning up food stations, refilling water, making trips to store for essentials if needed Check-in – assisting with check-in table for volunteers and vendors Pre-event prep – unable to attend the event but still want to help?
